This website is operated by WorkFit Scrubs. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WorkFit Scrubs.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein, including our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are using this site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including violating copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

WorkFit Scrubs sells scrubs, apparel, and custom products including, but not limited to:

  • Non-custom scrubs
  • Customized scrubs
  • Custom shirts
  • Custom sweaters
  • Embroidered items
  • Printed and personalized apparel

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product offerings at any time without notice.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our sole discretion.

3. NON-CUSTOM VS. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Non-Custom Scrubs

Non-custom scrubs may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Custom Shirts, Sweaters & Customized Scrubs

All custom shirts, custom sweaters, customized scrubs, embroidered items, printed items, personalized items, and made-to-order products are final sale unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • The item is incorrect due to our error

Because custom items are made specifically for your order, you are responsible for reviewing all details before submitting your order, including spelling, sizing, color choice, placement, and personalization details.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for all products are governed by our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

4. PRODUCT IMAGES, MOCKUPS & COLOR ACCURACY

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, images, and mockups as accurately as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee that your device, phone, monitor, or screen will display colors exactly as they will appear on the final product.

Color variation may occur due to:

  • Screen and monitor differences
  • Lighting in product photography
  • Fabric material and texture
  • Embroidery or printing methods
  • CMYK conversion used in custom printing

Minor color variation is normal and is not considered a defect.

Product photos and mockups are intended to provide a close representation, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. This is especially important for custom printed items. Her current terms already say monitor color display cannot be guaranteed, and your more recent store terms strengthen that point with clearer CMYK/color-variation language.

5. ORDER ACCURACY

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order in our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or placed by resellers or distributors.

If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs or transit disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
  • Delivery issues outside our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Returned, refused, or undeliverable packages may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, integrations, or services that we do not control.

These services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party tools, services, or websites linked from our store.

  • Color variation
  • Sizing issues caused by customer selection

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. This matches the stronger limitation style you used in your updated store terms rather than relying only on the longer generic Shopify template.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkFit Scrubs and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:
