SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.

  • In-stock, non-custom items typically process within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST may process the same day or the next business day
  • Embroidered, customized, printed, or made-to-order items may require an additional 2–5 business days for processing
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

Estimated processing times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to order volume, holidays, product availability, or unforeseen delays.


2. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

If your order contains multiple items, some items may ship separately and may arrive in separate packages.


3. Shipping Times

Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

For most orders within Canada, standard shipping typically takes approximately 4–6 business days after shipment, excluding the Northwest Territories and certain remote locations.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control
  • Items shipped directly from a supplier or manufacturer may take longer to arrive

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


4. In-Stock, Backordered & Future Ship Items

Your order confirmation may indicate whether an item is:

  • In stock, or
  • Backordered / future ship

In-stock items are processed according to normal processing times.

If an item is backordered, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Backordered items may ship separately from the rest of your order.

If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, you may receive your items in multiple shipments.


5. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customized scrubs, embroidered items, printed shirts, sweaters, and other personalized products may require additional production time before shipment.

Production time for custom items begins once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed
  • All customization details have been submitted
  • No clarification is needed regarding the order details

Once production has started, custom orders may not be canceled, changed, or modified.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Number of items purchased
  • Package weight and size

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed package

the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


8. Risk of Loss & Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.

Once tracking shows Delivered, WorkFit Scrubs is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry by the customer

If you believe your package was misdelivered or lost after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


9. Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging before opening
  • Take photos of the item(s) and any damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to file shipping damage claims directly with the carrier when applicable.


10. International Orders

For international orders, shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees may be calculated at checkout or assessed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • VAT or similar charges

These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by WorkFit Scrubs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.


11. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Holidays
  • Customs clearance
  • High order volume
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Natural disasters

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
