REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Non-Custom Scrubs – Returns Accepted Within 30 Days

Returns are accepted on non-custom scrubs only within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, and pet hair

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

All approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not covered by the seller.


2. Custom Shirts, Sweaters & Customized Scrubs – Final Sale

All custom shirts, custom sweaters, customized scrubs, embroidered items, printed items, personalized items, and made-to-order products are final sale.

These items are created specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item arrives defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is incorrect due to our error

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Spelling, grammar, or personalization errors submitted by the customer
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Design approval errors
  • Preference-based issues such as font, style, placement, or color choice
  • Minor color variation
  • Slight placement or sizing differences that are normal in custom production

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.


3. Product Photos & Color Accuracy

We do our best to ensure product photos and mockups represent the final item as closely as possible.

However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen, phone, or monitor display differences
  • Lighting in product photography
  • Fabric material and texture
  • Printing and embroidery processes
  • CMYK printing conversion used in custom printing

Because custom printed items are produced using a CMYK process, colors may appear slightly different from what you see on screen.

Minor color variation is normal and is not considered a defect.

We make every reasonable effort to provide a finished product that is as close as possible to the images shown, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.


4. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect due to our error

For eligible size exchanges on non-custom scrubs only, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • Tags attached
  • Free from odors, stains, and pet hair

Custom shirts, sweaters, and customized scrubs cannot be exchanged for sizing issues unless the error was made by us.

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at workfitscrubs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos showing the issue
  • Photos of packaging, if applicable

If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after the reporting window or claims without sufficient documentation.


6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned damaged for reasons not caused by us
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Returns showing signs of wear, washing, or use

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

9. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
